We understand that finding the perfect product isn’t always easy. While we hope you’re completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you’re not, please feel free to contact us (email: support@trailsalone.com). If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to exchange it or receive a full refund after obtaining a return authorization from Trailsalone.
30-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer all buyers an unconditional exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the customer via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items: Trailsalone will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Returns due to a change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellations

If you contact us within 48 hours of your purchase, we can cancel your order. If your payment has been processed and the package has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order before the item is delivered. We will refund your payment in full.
Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
